That's simple! Mix equal parts of vodka, coffee liqueur (Kahlua, Tia Maria, Sabroso, etc), and milk or cream. Serious drunks can replace Bailey Irish cream or something similar to the cream. Diet can go with nonfat milk, and vegetarians can use soy milk or of rice. Mix and serve in a tall glass with ice, and watch The Big Lebowski to enjoy!
