Corn "Moonshine" / Recipe Mash Whiskey?

I am looking for a good recipe and maybe some directions for making corn participation "clear moon. "I'm not exactly sure what quantities of corn, water, yeast and sugar (if any) that I use for the fermentation process. I know all about the distillation process, but I'm a little fuzzy when it comes to very long before all that. My plan is fermentation in a 20 gallon water jug with a glove latex together to see that the CO2. I live in a country where it is legal to distill your own spirit.
