Enjoy Eating

We eat when hungry.

 

However, some eat even when hungry.

It is one of the functions that we do day after day until we live on this earth.

As soon as they are born, we are introduced to the custom of eating in order to satiate our hunger.

When we eat, we have energy for the body to work.

The activities, both physical and mental energy required comes from the food we eat.

It is not a function once.

We have to eat in the morning (breakfast) at noon (lunch) at night (snacks) and night (dinner).

What do you eat an orderly manner usually applied worldwide.

The foods we eat vary from breakfast until lunch to dinner.

Although food is a process used throughout the world, the food we eat is not the same.

Sometimes the main dish can remain the same as boiled rice or bread, chapati or tubers.

We eat anywhere, but especially in home.

There are ways of eating designed by different companies so you can enjoy eating.

Invariably, dining table is the one sitting around in chairs.

Lunch is served on fine china or expensive stainless steel plates.

The food items are served in a sequence, which is followed religiously.

I remember that in France, food consumption starts with an aperitif – A drink like whiskey, Martini or beer, hor-de-OEF, and the second plate of food – meat or fish with vegetables followed by cheese, fruit or candy.

Different kinds of wines are served to suit the food we eat.

For example, if I remember correctly red wine goes with meat while white wine go with a plate of fish.

Eating will not end without a kiss coniacq small coffee.

In addition, in simple eat all these procedures are not followed.

The South Indian food is done either on a banana leaf or plate of stainless steel.

The meal begins with a sweet or soup.

Rice with various vegetables and dhal curry, ghee, sambar, curry buttermilk or pulicurry, Rasam, payasam or sweet or fruit are served.

One has to adapt to eat, each component so that guests can enjoy everything served.

All kinds of flavors – sweet, sour, bitter, can be enjoyed.

Another way of eating is when we are busy with work.

Grabbing a snack or something to munch on some reeds worked.

If we ask at night, what they eat for lunch, can not remember.

Such is the hectic pace of today.

Enjoy eating to see and feel what you eat!

The food is digested well and get good health.
