What is your favorite mixed drink?? Recipes help a lot !!!???
I am a big fan of White Russians and whiskey sour …. and of course, I like the basics like vodka mixed with juice of chance and tails … but I am …. looking good to have a mixed drink with friends tonight … something easy to do (which doesn't use a blender or crazy ingredients not found in your local liquor store). recipes would be nice! Yes, I can go to any website recipes and search for things in my future, but im about something that someone has actually tried and recommended!
I have three recipes that use all the rum. ¤ Mojito (my version) ¤ What you need: Ron White mint leaves ** EDIT ** (did not read the part about the liquor store. For a replacement to see if you can find a creme de menthe or mint. It will not be so good, but the work goes) Sprite/7-up, or Club Soda, if you prefer a fresh lemon a highball glass. Ice's how: 1. Put 2 and 3 mint leaves on 4 slices fresh lemon in the glass. 2. Use a mortar or whatever to crush the mint and lime juice for lemon to merge with the essence of mint leaves. 3. Add ice 4. Fill the glass 1 / 4 of the way with rum. 5. Top it off with soda. 6. Mix all and chill. Captain ¤ ¤ cream you need: Ron White (Preferably the captain is) Morgan Ginger Ale (preferably Schwepps) Ice Highball Glass Here's how: 1. Add ice 2. Fill the glass 1 / 4 white rum. (Or, depending on how strong you want it.) 3. Top it off with ginger ale 4. Stir and enjoy. If done correctly, it tastes just like cream soda and you can barely taste rum. ¤ ¤ Jet fuel What you need: 151 proof rum (preferably Bacardi 151) Sprite/7up ice (optional) Highball Glass Making. 1. Add ice if I want 2. Fill the glass halfway with 151 rum 3. Top it off with soda 4. Stir and enjoy. It appears that the jet fuel and is just as powerful.
