I think it was a comic called 'Toxic', but I'm not sure?
In the comic I read the stories of a hired murderer for the past 80s early 90s? One person drowned in a bath after filling it with whiskey, and shot out someones car tire with glass bullets. He made a lot of other things, and there were other characters I forget. Help, I loved that magazine (only ran in my local newspaper stand for about 1 year though)?
