If you are a healthy, well adjusted, responsible person, it is best to be both physically and mentally at your best, then they are attacked for "not normal" to be, and "something must be wrong with you." On the other hand, if you drink a bottle of whiskey every night, beat his wife and children, cheating on his wife, stealing from company funds, and act in a general way, antisocial, then you are praised for his "open mind" and "push the envelope" and "Think outside the box."
