Whiskey Vs Scotch Vs Bourbon

whiskey vs scotch vs bourbon
bourbon vs. scotch vs. whiskey do you like best?

of these three spirits who likes the best, and why?

I support (Wheat) bourbon for the simple reason that I like the taste and smoothness or should I say my palate like the taste and smoothness. Whisky and whiskey are fine, but why if I like best bourbon drink? It's just a matter of taste and everyone has their own tastes. If some of you are not familiar with bourbon, there are two general subtypes: ryed 'And' wheaten. A whiskey-drinking true form an everlasting covenant for one or the other. Even most salespeople in liquor stores will no idea of the two types. Bourbon must be at least 51% corn. Overall 65% – 75% of corn is used, along with about 10% of barley and the balance will be either rye or wheat. When the balance is rye, bourbon is known as a 'bourbon ryed. Ryed Bourbons are very bold and spicy. When the balance is wheat, the bourbon is known as a 'bourbon wheaten. Wheaten Bourbons are usually sweet, nutty, smooth and easy drinking. Distillers claim the difference between the two Bourbon is like the difference between wheat bread and rye bread. Wheaten Bourbons are a minority, but Marcos Manufacturers, WL Weller, Rip Van Winkle, Old Fitzgerald, Rebel Yell, Cabin Still and David Nicholson 1843 are some them, if not most of them. Personally, I think Mark is responsible for overpriced and overrated. The red spot of wax on the bottle cap and neck is a great gimmick / trick, but you will find that there is no age or aging of the information on a bottle of Maker's Mark, ie, rushed to market. My personal favorite is wheaten Weller Bourbon, more specifically, the 12year old. It runs about $ 21 – $ 23 a bottle. It is absolutely Weller 12 YO best bourbon? NO, but it ranks up there in my opinion. Consumer Reports Weller 12 years would probably call a better value. Personally, $ 30 is my limit for a bottle of alcoholic beverage. Apart from this, BOURBON is as American as baseball, hot dogs, apple pie and Chevrolet … … … … … .. Bourbon is the official spirit of the United States by Act of Congress. In 1964, a congressional resolution protected the term "Bourbon" and only since then has the product been defined.
