Whiskey Cake
Why is fruit for cakes soaked in brandy or rum, but not whiskey?
You can soak them in whiskey but if it’s scotch whiskey the will have a bitter flavour. If you soak them in a bourbon such as Jack Daniels they will be quite nice.
