Warm Cocktails
Will go to Paris and London in late January, what should I wear?
To be comfortable and warm. I also think about going for it least two occasions when the activities require you to dress formal. I do not want to wear long dresses so will the cocktail length appropriate?
A lot of layers and warm clothing! A winter coat for good. Hats also help =]
