What are the classifications of beer and how do they know?
One would think that after 12 years of intense beer consumption would "know" the type of beer I'm drinking! On the contrary, I'm pretty limited to taste bud "light" or "heavy." I started to enjoy OPI and Lagers in the world, but I still do not know the classification of the caste system beer.
