4-year universities are seen as having more value and worth than trade or vocational schools. People view universities as having a higher status when compared to trade or vocational schools. Why is this?
It’s at the point now where the education isn’t worth the chosen profession. With all the expense of college, a total bill in the neighborhood of 100 grand is racked up.
Then you graduate, and spend the next five years looking for the job you trained for while business after business closes– remember you were told this was a hot industry. Then you finally get that $32,000 a year job and are paying off student loans for the next ten years.
