Texas Beer Laws
I can be arrested for drinking beer?
one of those stupid "laws", I saw in Texas, it is illegal to take more than beer 3 times at a time while standing. so if I were to do that in front of a police officer can legally stop and I actually put me in jail for it? if you really hated me and wanted to abuse this?
I very much doubt the police know all the silly blue laws … just take their beer with a straw, and beyond that!
