Texas Beer Laws Time

not the state of Texas has a law on the quantity of liquor to be served to any person at a time?
Working the club says its a law that only 2 oz of liquor or two beers or a beer and a shot of an ounce, you can serve one person at a time, however, other clubs I'm in Texas, allows me to walk out with 3 or more drinks at a time. Does anyone know if there is a law? Or maybe just a club where I work policy? Yes I work there and I attended the Texas School of Bartending and as I get my TABC certification …. however, I do not remember covering any of this in the class ….. I am looking for an answer, not sarcasm. Thank you very much
