Although the snow is still on the ground, you could be improving your hamburger seasoning recipe. So by the time you are ready to take the beast – unless you're one of those demons of winter barbecue – you'll be ready and waiting slap your new mix on the grill.

Then there are pickles, dill or sweet and hot peppers. Seasoning and ketchup and mustard, but here I want to live a little and check out a beer or other flavors. Dijon is good. Do not forget homemade ketchup and hot sauces as well. Can be added amazing.

The best, but not the final piece of advice is to work with the freshest ingredients. This means thinking about a good ground beef: lean as they come. You want to make sure that their guests come back for more.

You never know, this could become an annual ritual … hamburger a new design. There are worse ways to spend the winter than during cooking stove until masterpieces that go well with everyone.
