Do not you think that some people literally are too thick to have children? I know a neighborhood full of families thick and backward. His life is based on beer and violence. There are many people on this earth that has no business with a pet rock, much less a child. Unfortunately, procreation is a right and not a privilege (although it should be reversed) for people with common sense can do nothing about those who should not be added to the gene pool, to do so.
