You know the kind….where everyone tries to outdo the others with their show of pathology….bigotry…..beer guzzling to the point of drunkenness…..cursing ad nauseaum…..martyrdom….one up man-ship…..off the charts Materialism…..condescending braggadocio….tasteless sexist remarks….Family Reunion….whoopiee!
Spend time alone,. as much as I can.
Go for a walk by the sea, look at the ocean, look at the stars and the moon, at night, read stories and watch movies that take me as far away as possible from my reality.
