Private Party Bartenders

A bartender you need a permit to restore the home of the party and bring the alcohol and sell it to my customers?
I called Bev Alcohol and control here in California and said that as long as it is in a private residence, it should be fine. But many others are saying that the waiter must have a catering permit and I note many other catering waiter announced that they have permissions (but are much more expensive …) Does anyone know if this condition is true? Was the wrong person at ABC? Is there any difference if I have my party at a local salon??
Sounds like you need to treat drinking hebredian standard in a room where the church property sale of the drinks is not allowed. At a wedding I attended the MC announced that the drink could not be sold and Mr. xxx could not afford to pay the bill for what they were asked to make a donation to cover the cost of hiring the room. He suggested that the chip £ 1.00 per can of beer and £ 1.50 per measure of whiskey
