Why French cuisine tastes so great?
I went to France for the first time in my life, and before then, I never knew anything about cooking French. But things down there was incredible. Why is not the most popular French cuisine in America? I had to write some of the things had, so I forget the names. It's a long list. Some of the highlights: Escargots à la Bourguignonne Gratinée Ragu Coquille St Jacques of chevreuil salad with vanilla barabans Hachis parmentier Fonds d'au farcis artichaut crabe Not to mention the drinks. Not only wine, but all kinds of beer, liquor, snacks, and other specialty spirits. And cheese. And breads. And the desserts and sweets … Why is not the most popular French cuisine, considering how delicious it is?
BUTTER. LOL, they use very fresh and surprising ingredients, unlike many of the foods pre-packaged or processed that most people in the U.S. consume. French cooking is much more expensive due to the quality, which gives the price!
