Food and alcohol at parties

BD I am planning a party 50 years in September and will be approx. 50 people there. I can not afford to cover costs all alcohol is being consumed and was considering asking each person bring something to share drinks, something like a community bar. Then have a person bar handle all the alcohol. Is this appropriate? Some kind of insult? By the way, I'm catering the party with food and music. Answer: It is perfectly right to ask guests to bring alcoholic beverages as they would prefer. Simply state the invitation: Soft and serves standard configuration. Lead alcoholic beverage of your choice. I would avoid the idea of bars of the community due to the confusion. With the plan, can provide the labels so that a good waiter can keep track of what belongs to whom. Maybe some are insulted, but then would be insulted if they do not serve alcohol or a bar for money or any everything you do in that regard.

We are planning a birthday party for 30 people. How to eat with your fingers and alcohol much do we need for this match? The liquor is estimated at approximately one ounce of the hard stuff per hour, or a glass of wine or beer per hour. So if the birthday party with 30 guests, and has a duration of three hours, takes about 90 oz of liquor or four cases of beer etc. This means that not invited to drunks or alcoholics, and everybody is drinking. If you have the intention of creating the classic "bar" and serve a selection of mixed drinks, you'll need at least one bottle of each solution that is popular in your area … Scotch, gin, vodka, rye, bourbon etc. Then you'll need Ginger ale, 7UP, club soda, coke etc for mixers. If you intend to get fancy and offer Margaritas and Sloe Gin Fizz type drinks, hire a provider and tell them only 30 people, they will know what to bring. If only serve beer, is common to have an American popular brand today, a light beer, and an import or "label" beer. 2 cases each.

eat fingers, about 2 ounces per person. Diced cheese So, for example, would need about two pounds of each vegetable (Cheddar, Colby, Swiss etc.) the same 2 pounds cherry tomatoes, celery etc, cookies – two one-pound boxes of each, bath – 2 baths each, etc.

For the birthday cake and ice cream can go by the advertising service size. Although the face is stitched finger food, people do not want to see how pigs are the dessert, so it will accept a small slice of cake and a scoop of ice cream only. Just check the box next to the shop, and buy, cut or remove as many pieces as the label says to be performed.

Figure also need at least 90 of all the plastic cups and plates and napkins and such. Your guests will never use them, and usually return to the table twice.
