Online Bartending Classes

Validity of an online course cocktail barman?
I'm thinking about taking a bartending class this summer, and apart from the aspects mixing drinks the same, wonder if the same information in the courses offered online and in real life "courses. Also, are these scam sites only web for people to steal money, or are programs legitimate? Thanks Thanks!
The problem with these courses is that often, people say "Oh, I I want to be a waiter / investigator / criminal psychologist ", so register for these courses, often mail order or online (or occasionally time in a classroom with 20 other people) and do not realize that these are the equivalent of, for example, poetry.com, ANY published poem, even "hello, I like cheese. "Except a lot of money to blow, you're probably going to have to pay money for something that is not taken seriously, and is one of the courses I'm sure you've seen offered – like the flash ads on MSN with bubbles that say things like "detective", "master", etc. These are the running, and small ads that sound like 90-day course will launch a career as a cook, nurse, or … barman. I would say, go to bars. Talk to the waiters and tell them what they do, then ask them to tell you what to do. Probably going to tell what they did to become waiters, being a bartender is half of the personality, half of everything else. So a big smile on his face, looks good, go and talk to some servers and see what they have to say. Good luck.
