Does anyone else against gun control as much as I?
After doing the research only leisurly in the Columbine shootings, the shooting VT, and just thinking in general, I started thinking about arms control. First, I would like to share my thoughts … Actually, guns are a part of this world, for better or for worse. Our forefathers used to hunt when no other means were around. The soldiers of the past have lived and died for them to ensure our freedom, and still do today. No lie, people have been killed by guns, and will continue. That is the harsh reality of life, and is simply the wrong people get a hold of a weapon. Being a very avid hunter and avid shooter, I know I have a great responsibility with any firearm, and treat it as such. Of course, not everyone else does, but is the same with beer, driving, etc. .. Also, I see it this way, in any unfortunate event that a war to spill into the United States at national readily have the means to protect myself, even against all odds. Thoughts? Your opinion? The name?
You and my husband think alike in this case. Personally, I think when it comes to children and firearms, parents should teach every child how to respect a gun and power. The more knowledge about a child has a weapon that child will not act stupid and kill someone. I have two sons and neither of the two goals with my husbands arms. Why Why? Because no weapons to hide them. We show it to them, talk to them about guns and know what they can do. Keeping things the children were only going to do more curious and will want to find out for themselves. What could lead to a bad situation.
