National Bartenders School
Does anyone have any experience with the National Association of Bartenders?
I am interested in getting a job tending bar, but do not want to pay for Bartending School. There was a newspaper advertisement in my local school for the National Association of Bartenders in Rahway, New Jersey, which offers free training and job placement in bars, but charges about $ 350 for books and a licensed bar. I want to make sure that this place is legit before giving them money. Does anyone heard of this place? According to their brochure also have locations in Florida and California. Thanks!
sounds like a scam to consider that $ 350 spent $ 10 on a good cocktail book, and spend the rest of supplying its own bar … then you get something out of the licenses are a joke … spend some time learning the based drinks, that's all you need to know to get a job in a normal bar.
