Most Common Alcohol Shots

Under the table "question …?
My gf just started working in a bar / night club as a shot-girl and the waitress. Apparently, the new owner is to hire local college girls left and right without even examining driver's licenses (which hired a year of 17 years to serve alcohol). The guy has the intention to pay under the table. He also said he does not care if they take a drink while working. My question is: Is it common? What is illegal? And most importantly, can my girlfriend get into trouble with the IRS, etc for not paying taxes on anything? I'm 19 and I've only ever worked in pizza delivery, so I dont know how most of these places will business.Thanks. I am definitely not a sort of watchdog or surprises, surprises, just that my gf (and his 17-year-old co-worker) are extremely naive and I wish they get into trouble. Please do not focus on the use of minors as I am well aware that it is illegal. Also, I live in Florida, if that affects the situation.
What you're doing is illegal, but I'm more concerned that these young women may be exploited. This sounds like a shady operation. Be a good friend and call her and her friend to find other jobs. I do not think are safe where they are working. People who work for tips need to keep track of them and report them to your employer in the months when their tips exceed $ 10. unreported tip income must also be reported in the income tax and social security and Medicare need to be paid for this advice. If she is a person charge, maximum salary and tips that can win without having to pay any tax in 2007 is $ 5,350.
