"It will be a night of drinking really affect my weight loss plan?"

It will be a night of drinking really affect my weight loss plan?

Everyone likes to throw back a few with friends – some a little more than others ;-)

But if you're on a weight loss plan a night of alcohol can really go back. Many of us realize the calorie consumption that goes with the drink, but goes far beyond that.

Check this out.

How alcohol makes you fat

"Alcohol is first passed through the esophagus as it travels to the stomach.

"From there, 20% of alcohol is immediately absorbed by the bloodstream.

"The remaining alcohol travels to the intestines and is absorbed from there.

"Alcohol blood travels directly to your liver. It is here that the body breaks down alcohol, which is absolutely essential because alcohol is toxic to the body.

"The alcohol brakes down acetaldehyde to acetate and immediately signal your body to stop burning fat. Worse still, another waste product of alcohol, acetyl-CoA, actually start to have more body fat.

If you drink, you will not lose fat!

What does this mean?

"His body process can be effective only 0.5 to 1 gram of alcohol per hour

– How much damage? A 12-ounce beer contains about 0.6 ounces of alcohol. If you consume 5 of these, your body would be inhibited by the burning of fat for 6 hours. This is apart from the fact that your body will actually store fat during those six hours! The more baby, and inhibits your body from burning fat, and a greater accumulation of excess fat from acetyl-CoA. As you can see, a day of drunkenness can set you back days if not a full week when it comes to fat loss!

"What s the worst? Mixing alcohol with sugary drinks promotes fat gain further due to increased insulin as a result that triggers fat storage (eg, regular beer or a cocktail mixed with regular soda and / or juice fruit)

The statement

If you want to be poor, should minimize the consumption of alcohol!

If you must drink:

a.) Choose wine or hard liquor and "light beer"

b.) Limit alcohol intake to 1-2 days a week 1-2 with one drink per day maximum
