Price martinis in bars?
I am a year 21 years (med) student who wants to look sophisticated, so I'm thinking about ordering more martinis for me and the ladies on nights out. As a student I'm not looking to spend a lot of money though. How much will my martini? As a point reference, such as a Coors Light is $ 3, Scotch & Soda 6-8 dollars (Columbus, OH). I turned 21 a few months ago, still learning the strings. I do not know how the drinks vary in cost, but I work on a budget. I'm trying to get rid of Long Island and Vodka / Coca-Cola Light, seem amateur. Also Screwdriver, Sex on the beach, and other beverages rookie. In view of Manhattan and Cosmopolitan. Ok, here is a short course of Martinis. 
For sophisticated look for a so-called premium or alcohol. For Gin I prefer Hendrick, Boodles, and if these are not available, Sapphire.
