How I can improve or protect my seven years of age, Tornado foosball football?

1) The basement of my new place is relatively dry. I run a Dayly dehumdifier down there, but as my wife (the reason why the living room is out) and only lived there for the recent months, I do not know how he does it in the winter. Could my table to be fine there, even if not quite cold in the winter? 2) The metal rods have been "gunked" up quite well in recent years (spilled beer, greasy hands, etc..) What I can use to get nice and cozy and stay that way? Everything that I have used a can of WD40 is generic, but the softness does not seem to last long. 3) The table has been in the carpet, concrete, floors wood and thus the height adjustment screw on the bottoms of the legs are completely out of whack at this time. I have tried old baseball cards coasters, magazines, whatever, to try to level the table as much as possible. Does anyone have any tips for me to achieve perfect placement? I use a these bars of "bubble" to judge, but can not seem to make it perfect.

It seems they're doing well evverything, the other the only thing my think it is silicone spray on the metal bars that slide better, and prevent rust. One thing I would do is make a deck, with rubber around it to willing, and go easy as you use it. Enjoy it. EDIT completely level, without lowering the level in some way due to bad weather, people just playing I would use rubber soles of old shoes, and even glue on there.
