Question Homebrew beer?
I am a home brewer and I am very fond of a diet low in calories. Anyway, I'm looking for a low cal / light beer, 100-ish or less calories, and where I live there is nothing less than 100 chemicals. So I'm looking for a recipe for a low cal beer that I can homebrew. Thanks!
100 calories is a very low mark in home brewing. Good luck with your goal. Want a must with such a low concentration of fermentable sugars as possible. To do this, increase the production of dextrin in the mash. In this way you have a lower alcohol concentration.
