Irish Whisky Ingredients

Develop base cream liqueur?
I'm drying to make an alcoholic beverage in a cream base flavored with coconut and other spices. The problem is the shelf life limited if the drink is not refrigerated. I notice "Bailey Irish Cream is a liqueur to make a drink with whiskey cream has a shelf life 24 months, and this is without the need for refrigeration. I know for a fact that "Bailey" use cream of whiskey and then from a homogenized emulsion the help of emulsifiers and refined vegetable oil. But the amount of the other ingredients used is not known, but includes chocolate, vanilla, caramel and sugar. Just me like to know what other components?
Baileys is a coffee liqueur. Would not have coffee in it? Malibu is the coconut liqueur. But that does not no cream. Does sugar / whiskey not to keep the cream.
