Ice Box Sugar Cookies
I am looking for a recipe for Shortbread cookies with rice flour and cornstarch and powdered sugar?
I used to make the best Shortbread cookies but now seem to have lost the recipe. I thought it was the recipe on the back of the box of cornstarch Canada. No mention of rice flour and I am sure that my prescription had rice flour in it. Maybe if someone has a box Canada's oldest corn starch around 2002, 2003 and 2004, or /? I did a lot of different prescriptions last year, but none as good as this recipe that I used to. I was so sure that I kept a copy of this recipe. I hope, hope, hope anyone have this specific recipe out there and post it. With thanks to everyone. That would be wonderful. It will be great to make these cookies again as they were so delicious.
