Why am I binge ??????????? How serious is this?
UGH, during the last week, I drank too much like a madman, an average of 2000 calories each day which is plenty for me. I ish just 5 feet, 94 pounds, 16 small bones … and exercise only. By example, today I ate: 2 PowerBar a cereal box (South Beach Diet whole grain crisis) honey from the bottle a little rice, beef, yogurt (the only healthy food I had) gelatine powder glass light straight on (ugh) and a carton of Haagen Dazs Dulce de Leche ice cream … nibbly plus other things .. like pieces of Poptarts etc. .. Or about 2500 calories and I feel bad because I missed dinner and my parents are angry with me and I think I'm starving to death while in fact, I'm gaining like crazy mad. Am accustomed to around 1200 calories to maintain …. so why am I binge? Is it psychological? How I can leave? "Some people have this kind of problem too? I REALLY WANT SOME TIPS AND contribute greatly appreciate it .. this weight gain? I've eaten extra ISH 3000, but won 4 pounds.
Your still young, and that his body needs about 2000 calories per day. If you are only eating 1200 calories a day, your body is saying it is not enough to stay. Especially women need a certain percentage of body fat to be healthy. Our bodies are programmed by nature To do this, so that when a woman becomes pregnant, she has enough calories to develop a healthy baby, without having to burn muscle tissue. 94 pounds is quite small if it is over 5 feet tall. I'm 5'5 "and my best weight was around 120-125 pounds. (I'm a bit more than now, but I've had recent problems thryoid.) If you're worried about gaining weight, do not. You will probably need another 10 pounds to stay at a healthy weight for their size. There is nothing wrong with some curves in the right places. If you want to make sure that the weight goes where it is assumed that, then start exercising a little. Just walking a mile and half a day is very good exercise. It will keep your body toned and proportionate. Please do not let your free fall to the ills of anorexia or bulimia. In the final instance ruin your life. Just make sure you eat healthy foods, and get a moderate amount of exercise, and is likely to be adequate. Sounds like you already know what foods are good for you, so that's a great start.
