The ice cream sandwich molds?
I have these lovely tovolo ice cream sandwich molds today and I like them done. The box says there are recipes included cookies, you bake a whole sheet then cut a couple of the shape you want before the press with the ice cream, but no recipes in the box. I wanted to do a chocolate chip cookie, "I can do my usual chocolate sugar cookie recipe and then just throw a big stone and bake, instead of first cut and then bake as usual? Thanks
Sorry, not knowing about the mold, but when I made ice cream sandwiches at home I can use any recipe cookie (usually chocolate or chocolate) and make only one hit.I bigger.They are always supposed to be rolling mass, but can be tricky when it comes to cutting in forms.
