Ice Hockey fitness plan / fitness training?

I'm not sure how to begin .. Ive joined a gym and fitness need for ice hockey. Key factors are: – Strength (upper and lower) – Flexibility – Speed – core strength – the power, basically, everything I do not need a plan where I will not get tired too. Personal fitness trainers very pleased to answer and nobody else. .. also a nutrition plan. Im 16 weigh about nine and a half stone. and do 3-5 hours a week of ice hockey. (Over two hours of boxing)

but in hockey you need a lot of cordination 2 as an output appears only 2 test ur cordination honestly if ur in a gym just look at the people around you
