Where I can find a recipe for Strawberry Pie Refrigerator?
I had a piece of strawberry cake today at a restaurant that was excellent. I would love do something similar at home. The best way to describe it as an ice box lemon pie (as a trademark of Edwards). It was that Stawberry flavor and was consistent with only a small number of pieces of strawberry and was covered with whipped cream. Any ideas on how to do this?
Refrigerator Strawberry Pie Recipe 1 (8 oz) cream package cheese, at room temperature 1 (14 ounce) can condensed milk 1 cup chopped strawberries 1 tablespoon lemon zest 1 teaspoon vanilla graham cracker prepared a cheese crust Combine cream, milk, lemon juice, chopped strawberry and vanilla in large bowl. Mix on medium speed until smooth. Pour into pie crust. Refrigerate overnight.
