Ice Box Dessert Recipe
Here's a REALLY good recipe for dessert.?
3 c cranberries 1 lg can crushed pineapple 1 / 2 C sugar (I use less than 1 / 4) 1 fav box. yellow cake mix 3 / 4 stick butter cranberry mixture, pineapple and sugar in a bowl and spread evenly in the bottom of a 9x 13 pan (Of any type is fine really). Mix butter and cake mix and sprinkle over top, covering the fruit mixture. Bake at 350 for 45 min. Very good with vanilla ice cream or by itself. Enjoy!
