You are very close to a great diet! Only a few small changes: lunch all should have, fats, proteins and carbohydrates, so it will be balanced, comprehensive, and alert energy. This will keep the cravings down. Fat is as simple as olives, avocado or nuts when you're in motion. The protein / carbohydrate could be: hummus with chips or bread, PB & J sandwich, bean burrito, mushroom / rice burrito or a cheese / avocado sandwich. Seitan and tempeh are good protein. Sugar snap peas "are very funny and on the crisis have protein – make sure you have fatty bathroom (have you ever tried olive tapenade?). String cheese is great, but usually is the mozzarella, which is very low in fat (you need enough fat to pass the hours until the next meal, and also to well your brain works so you can learn). There is nothing wrong with some healthy chips – just make sure you have things like cheese or beans and guacamole and olives and be upon them for protein / fat. They have always homemade trail mix with you that is delicious, so you're eating healthy foods and not binge. Trail mix: nuts, seeds, coconut, nuts, chocolate chips. It could also ad some granola there if you like. Pumpkin seeds are full of nutrition and good for people in school. A bit (real, not artificial) of sugar and salt is healthy. Do not deny, just be sure to eat healthy, filling your stuff before meals with sugar and compensate him. Allow the salt – if your body craves salt, as needed. The ice cream is better than Poptarts, as they are over-processed, but ice cream has at least a few nutrients and help because they are underweight. Explore coconut flakes, coconut milk, coconut butter, coconut popsicles and ice cream. Coco is a healthy protein & fat. You need more fat for brain function, hormone balance and blood sugar, because they are growing and because it has 10 pounds (it is supposed to be 5 '= At least 100 pounds. And add 5 pounds for every inch above it.) So please try to get more fat in their diet.
