Hops Beers
Does any one out there ever made any other beer from sorghum molasses, hops and yeast, how was it?
I have a batch in progress and I am anxious to try it then let it age. I boiled water and added my hops and molasses and let simmer for 30 minutes then let cool to about 70F ity and added my yeast after removal of almost all the hops, if either? The meeting in cool, dark place, with an air bag in place / / I about 3 pounds of molasses and about 2 gallons of water and 2 oz of hop pellets .. What do I think will something?
