Homebrew Beer Setup

What would the ultimate homebrew setup be?
I’ve been looking at beer sculptures and some temp controlled stainless conical fermenters. I have never brewed before due to space constraints, but I have read dozens of books on the subject. I now have the space. I want to set up an easy system in my new house. I will have some money to spend on quality equipment, so that’s not a big problem. What would some of you seasoned brewers recomend?
Okay, the biggest pains about homebrewing are cleaning up the equipment, bottling the beer, and moving things around (e.g., from the kitchen to the basement, etc.) So I would plan/design with those things in mind.
The simplest thing to fix is bottling the beer. Get a kegging system and a fridge to put the kegs in.
As far as the other things are concerned, I think your best option is to plan on having the following components as close as you can reasonably and safely get them.
(1) Where you’re going to boil the wort (e.g., on a propane burner on the back deck)
(2) Where you’re going to ferment the wort (e.g. in your basement, or in a lagering fridge)
(3) Where you’re going to wash up.
(4) Where you’re going to store your ingredients.
I’ve seen systems that make a big deal out of having your mash tun flow into your brew kettle and then from there into your fermenter, but those things aren’t a problem. It’s no biggee to lift the brewpot off the floor and put it on top of the stove, or burner. The harder thing is walking up and down stairs and moving things all over the house.
Think proximity.
