Is there a less expensive way to brew at home than 5 gallons per batch approach?
I think my wife, friends and I drink a lot more beer my 5 gallons per batch equipment can keep up. Is there another method to make in larger quantities Lager without buying a factory mini beer?
Get another computer and have two batches going at once. I started with a Beer kit and still use it, but have since grown my operation preparation that allows me to brew about 13 gallons at a shot.
