What are some at home (not proffesional equiptment) exercises to build muscle?
I would like suggestions for home exercises can be done with little or No equiptment. If it is not necessary equiptment (like dumbells or seat pitch), try to find substitutes for which are objects that are easily found in most homes. (Such as heavy water jugs.) NOTE: I have jar of heavy water in my house. In addition, these exercises should be designed to build muscle in abdomem, biceps, tripcept and so forth. I would really appreciate a replacement or alternative to the chin up or pull up bar that could easily find in any home, without installing anything necessary. I really appreciate any response. yes, if you want to build and tricept bicept, you can push your bath, before and after taking a shower.that 's really effective. I have done during about 2 months and now my triceps and biceps me is monstrous (just kidding), I mean its bigger, three times larger than before. but if you really intended build muscle, there is no choice, you have to go to the gym.
