Do you have a question for all Barista is there?
Hello to all the baristas. I have a question, I am very interested in being employed as a barista .. but I worry about something .. Are you allowed to use milk and coffee and maybe practice with the initial training? Or is that companies consider their waste and not a thing to do. Because when it comes to things like latte art want to be good, and I know that you can not get really proffesional business as machines at home, someone told me that the steam better. So I hope someone can help me out. I'm not want to be worried about using all their milk or something. Thank you.
I have a small catering company called Cappuccino Cappuccino Express Mobile Beverage Bars in Dallas, TX and I encourage my new baristas to play with the team and beverages. I do not encourage the waste, however I encourage learning and experimentation. My baristas also maintain its equipment provided Cappuccino Express at home and allowed for personal use equipment. Once triggered the perfect espresso and steamed milk to which you have the correct amount of ingredients for the foam, the rest is on the flavor and the mixture often it is the customer's taste.
