Also the search function in Outlook, if needed. Archive emails in their respective folders as soon as you have tried them. Do not forget to file e-mails sent in the box too much in their respective folders. Often, their response is to an email that he is wanted.

Once again, create folders and subfolders if necessary. Using Internet Explorer 7 in the menu bar, click click Favorites, then select Organize Favorites on the menu. It is recommended to close all programs including temporarily unlock screen saver while using the disk defragmenter.

To disable your screen saver, click Start, Control Panel, display and click the Display Properties box screen saver drop-down menu under the computer icon select "no" and click Apply. Remember then to go back and reset the protector screen once the disk defragmenter has completed its task.

Just a word of warning, if not regularly defrag your hard drive you experience slowing down your computer and more frustrating is that the defragmentation process can take hours. If this occurs, it is advisable to leave the disk defragmenter running all night while you catch up on some sleep deserved.
