Is 1100 a month a good price?
I'm moving to Flagstaff Arizona and will rent a house with 2 bedroom cabin big guy. Is it a good price? Its a old house but in great condition and I hate having to live in an apartment .. I am very happy with the house (even has a bar), but how do I know if I am being Jippe especially when its only the 3rd place I looked.
Can you afford it and do not like?, Is it the ideal location? If what you want and can pay and then go for it. I can rent a place here for $ 300 … but I would not live there, you know? what I mean?
