I need a personal license to build a bar area in my home?
I moved to a house with my family two years ago and we have a house small rear end is not used much. I know a friend who owns a bar in his house again and asked what were the laws regulations for opening a device (Including bar faucets, barrels, etc. ..) on your property. If anyone can help would be greatly appreciated and drinks would be me;)
You do not need a license but the laws of health and safety apply to, for every 100 people you need 4 floor and door staff and at least one medical certs. You need at least two emergency exits that can handle 30 people every 10 seconds and should be open to double its size. Your staff should be fully trained in fire prevention and containment of risks. Its floor space bar should be nonskid and do not forget a smoking area for customers outside smoking. You must have at least two buckets of sand for every 20 users. Music and entertainment at the end you need an entertainment license. To be sure it will be best to call your house down and build a nightclub all appropriate licenses in place.
