How I can fix this gray screen?
My MacBook Pro has recently been getting a gray screen "of death" I have consulted. A gray screen will come down and do not let me do anything. All it says is to restart the computer and some other things, and also the same in different languages. Also, Sometimes the flashing of the graphics and then I have to restart my computer again. Went to the Genius Bar and they told me it's a hardware problem, but is there anything that I can do from home to fix it?
What you have is a kernel panic, and since the geniuses at Apple have already assessed the problem, you probably need a new motherboard / logic board.
