Bar Building Home …?
Im building a home bar and the room is 12×10. The space I would use is 4.5 "Width of the wall to the edge of the door by 12 'long wall to wall. Would that be enough space? I would be the construction of only a straight bar. I found these online http://www.barplansonline.com/ plans and would use as a guide. There is a wall heater on the other wall and the wall opposite where the bar is another wall and a small bathroom. This wall would be the best wall of the room. I agree im not building a 12 foot bar bar of his car I was thinking of 10 feet with a back panel to step out from behind her
This will be determined by the amount of space your accessories have bar behind the bar. Consider refrigerators, glass shelves and racks, sink, icemaker, wet bar, refrigerator. Decide whether you will have access free at each end of the bar. If you have free access to the door, it should work fine, but f I were you I would find out the dimensions of the accessories before building the bar.
