How to lose my beer belly?
so I have a little beer gut I want to lose in the summer so if you do every day and run around eh 8 kilometers and everyweek i cut out something like chips and candy and I eat healthy meals at home how long will it take to lose and How do I convince myself not to snack constantly on my mom buys healthy and the leaves around the house?? PLEASE HELP! Woops I meant How I convince myself not unhealthy things constantly chopping
do cardio every day for atleast 30 minutes. running, swimming, cycling w / e you want. and some Abdominal if desired. and already, try to eat healthy. And do not expect results immediately. give him a couple of weeks until we started to notice
