Healthy Beer Cheese Soup

Hello, I'm looking to lose the beer belly, I'm 25 and 6 feet tall and weigh about 15 stones. I will running Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday and Wednesday, Friday and Sunday I will play basketball and do pushups and sit-ups …. 50 of each or to failure. This is the food .. BREAKFAST: Porridge + Water + Toast almonds or integral with a fat-free cottage cheese or an egg. SNACK: pear or apple, lettuce, carrots and radish – Tuna salad Lunch: brown rice or sweet potatoes and yams. SNACK: Banana Dinner: chicken breast or cod or white turkey breast and garden peas and spinach or broccoli and sweetcorn No food after 8pm (only fresh soup), lots of water and exercise and NO alcohol at all.
