Use of Guinness for beer bread?
How do you think beer bread would taste if it was made with Guinness? I'm thinking of doing a bit of bread, but I've never made beer bread before, and I've only Guinness around … You think so? Thanks in advance. Regards Sara
2 1 / 2 cups flour with increase of 12 oz beer room temperature (the better the beer, the better the bread. I can use Harp beer made by Guinness in Dublin) Hand mix all ingredients until well mixed (do not hit or use a mixer). Pour into a greased pan. Preheat oven to 375 ยบ F degrees. Bake for 45 minutes.
