Grilled Beer Salmon
What drink goes well with grilled salmon plate?
I am coordinating a meeting between friends and family in late April and I'm looking for to serve Plank Grilled Salmon with a miso glaze. I wonder what cocktails or drink would go well with this dish. I was thinking of a ginger ale (beer Tsingtao equal parts and ginger beer), but I'm not sure it would be the best compliment the flavors of the dish. I am looking ideally for 1-2 cocktails and a wine and choice of beer each. Ideally I'm looking for a cocktail to serve during the preparation (before dinner) and wine or beer during the election. Thanks!
I would say the wine: a light chardonnay would go well the beer: lager a good base, but not a light beer i do not usually recommend cocktails with meals, but I would a good martini dry gin
