I'm making jelly shots for my friends 30th birthday. I figured its something different. I have no idea how to do it. I have read is supposed to replace the cold water with alcohol. Is that true? Also, I have some recipes! Anything with watermelon or strawberry would be great! Someone told me to mix watermelon lines sour apple jelly (apparently it tastes like a jolly rancher.) Please help. The party is in two days!
Maxim magazine I read that too much alcohol (ie the replacement of cold water) makes gelatin sleet. I changed half of cold water with tequila. They were good that way, but a little weak. Any cocktail recipe that you can imagine will be great. I strawberry jelly. Experiment and enjoy!
